  • To be a channel through which God can demonstrate his power to a world who are looking for answers.
  • To serve our local community and to reach out to people of all nationalities.
  • To make Bethany ‘A place to be loved’. ‘By this shall all men know you are my disciple.. by the love you have for one another.’
  • To be available, showing love and compassion to whosoever God sends our way.
  • To promote Christian Principles which will challenge indifference.
  • To encourage people to develop their Gifts and talents and challenge believers to excel in all aspects of life and conduct.

tHE WORD OF gOD

We believe in divine inspiration of the Holy Scriptures and their supreme Authority in all matters of life and conduct.

THE PERSON AND WORK OF JESUS CHRIST

We believe in the Virgin Birth, sinless life, atoning death, triumphant resurrection and soon return of our Lord Jesus Christ.

tHE GODHEAD

We believe in the Unity of the Triune God in the persons of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

SALVATION

We believe in the necessity of being born again of the Spirit of God. In repentance, water baptism and confession of faith.

SEPARATION

Every believer should live a sanctified life.

THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. In divine healing.

Our Vision to Serve, Love, and Grow.

Our approach is to share God's love, foster spiritual growth, and serve our community with compassion and purpose.

  • We partake in the breaking of bread and drinking of wine in remembrance of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
  • Once they have decided to accept Jesus as there Lord and Saviour we encourage our members to take part in a water Baptism.
  • We believe in the work of the Holy spirit to transform and live within us.
  • We pray for those who are sick and in-need.
  • We show the love of Christ towards each-other and to those outside the church.
  • We are a very hospitable Church.
  • We dedicate new born babies and there parents to the care of God.
  • We support, and offer guidance to those moving to new places
  • We share in the work of Mission by prayers, gifts and by sending out those who carry a message.
